The traditional Asian kites are powerful
and beautifully ephemeral in design.

Closely evocative of leaves, insects and birds it is obvious that the perfect designs for flight were drawn straight from nature.

The Alchemy Arts recycled kites take this ancient tradition
into the urban setting.

Scrap materials and silk paints will be provided but you are invited to bring broken brollies, scrap fabric and ribbons to
personalize your new and ancient wings.
